The lines are too long! How can I see the show without standing in line for an hour or more?
Purchase a VIP Speed Line Pass at the ticket booth and you can go to the front of the line.
Can I buy tickets in advance?
Yes. You can purchase them in advance on our website at www.seattlehaunts.com.
I purchased online tickets, can I skip the line?
You can skip the ticket purchase line, but you will still have to stand in the admission line.
If I buy tickets online, do I have to use them the same day?
No. The tickets are good through the whole Halloween season; our website www.seattlehaunts.com has a schedule & Events area that you can check for our open days and times.
If I'm in line at closing time will I still get in?
Yes. We finish putting all the customers that are in line through the Haunted House, even if its past the closing time.
Are there any age restrictions?
The Haunted House is built for those over 12 years of age, it is not for small children. You can bring small children to our Kid’s Day on October 15th, for a lights on tour. Bring 3 cans of food per child to donate to Food Lifeline, and get them in for free.
Is there a different price for children?
No. We do not recommend children under the age of 12 years old go through the Haunted House. All the tickets are the same price for Adults and Children.
Do you offer group discounts?

Is it scary?
Will the monsters touch me?
We have a” no touch” policy, you don’t touch us, we don’t touch you. The Haunted House is sometimes in close quarters, and actors may brush past you.
Can a pregnant person enter?
We do not recommend the Haunted House to anyone who is pregnant.
Can we win free tickets?

Can I get out if I want to?
Yes, there are emergency exits every 15 feet.
If I get too scared to make it through the haunted house, can I get a refund?
No. You paid us to scare you. If you get scared in the line or in the first few rooms and want to leave, we’ve done what you paid us to do very quickly.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes. We have patrons in wheelchairs visit us every year. Anyone wanting to tour the Haunted House with a handicap needs to let the ticket booth know for any special instructions. A staff Member will accompany your group to assist you if you need it.
Is your Haunted House open if it rains?
Yes. Bring an umbrella for waiting in line.
Does your attraction have security?
Yes, we have Seattle Police officers on site.
How long does it take to go through?
It takes about 15 minutes to go through, depending if you are walking or running.
Is it the same as last year?
No. The show changes every year, although we do keep some of the more popular scenes. We have a professional staff that works all year on the Haunted House.
Do you sell food, beverages and souvenirs at your attractions?
Yes, we sell everything from glow sticks to food to T-shirts.
Can we take flash photos or video of your haunted houses?
NO! When you flash your camera you’re not only ruining other customers experience but your Hurting the actors’ eyes. Also no other recording devices are allowed (video cameras, etc.)
Can I hit the actors, take the props, destroy the rooms, or come through the haunt drunk?
You should ask the Police on duty this question. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like any other business that must be adhered to for you own safety. Please go through the haunt in a civilized manner and everyone (including yourself) will have a great time.

No. It is a walk through attraction.
Is it dark?
Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes when we come to the Haunted House?
No, for safety reasons no masks and Halloween costumes are allowed in the Haunted House.
