If I’m in line at closing time will I still get in?
Yes, as long as there are customers, we will stay open.
Can I purchase tickets in advance?
Yes, you can purchase tickets online at www.seattlehaunts.com
Are there any age restrictions?
The haunted house is built for those over 12 years of age. It is not for small children.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. If you have a group of 15 or more, we can offer you a discount. Please see our tickets and discounts at www.seattlehaunts.com
Will the monsters touch me?
We have a “no touch” policy – you don’t touch us; we don’t touch you. Unfortunately, due to the very dim lighting inside the haunt, you may occasionally come into accidental contact with one our staff. Our monsters will not grab or maul you.
Is your Haunted House open if it rains?
Yes. Bring an umbrella for waiting in line.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes. We have patrons in wheelchairs visit us every year. Anyone wanting to tour the Haunted House with a handicap needs to let the ticket booth know for any special instructions. A staff Member will accompany your group to assist you if you need it.
If I get too scared to make it through the haunted house, can I get a refund?
No. You paid us to scare you. If you get scared in the line or in the first few rooms and want to leave, we’ve done what you paid us to do very quickly.
Can I get out if I want to?
Yes, there are emergency exits every 15 feet.
Can we win free tickets?
For the Georgetown Morgue, listen to STAR 101.5 KPLZ to win free tickets.
Can a pregnant person enter?
We do not recommend the Haunted House to anyone who is pregnant.
Is it scary?
Yes.
Is there a different price for children?
No. We do not recommend children under the age of 12 years old go through the Haunted House. All the tickets are the same price for Adults and Children.
If I buy tickets online, do I have to use them the same day?
No. The tickets are good through the whole Halloween season; our website www.seattlehaunts.com has a Schedule & Events area that you can check for our open days and times.
Does your attraction have security?
Yes, we have Seattle Police officers on site.
How long does it take to go through?
It takes about 15 minutes to go through, depending if you are walking or running.
Is it the same as last year?
No. The show changes every year, although we do keep some of the more popular scenes. We have a professional staff that works all year on the Haunted House.
Can I hit the actors, take the props, destroy the rooms, or come through the haunt drunk?
You should ask the Police on duty this question. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like any other business that must be adhered to for you own safety. Please go through the haunt in a civilized manner and everyone (including yourself) will have a great time.
Can we take flash photos or video of your haunted houses?
NO! When you flash your camera you’re not only ruining other customers experience but your Hurting the actors’ eyes. Also no other recording devices are allowed (video cameras, etc.)

Is there parking available?
Yes. At the Georgetown Morgue there is free parking across the street.
Are there bathrooms?
Yes, we provide quite a few temporary outside bathrooms.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, all of them.
Is it a ride?
No. It is a walk through attraction.
Is it dark?
Yes, very.
Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes when we come to the Haunted House?
No, for safety reasons no masks and Halloween costumes are allowed in the Haunted House.
